FOCUS RESEARCH ON HALAL FOOD MARKETING

Halal food is a category of or beverage that Muslims may consume according to Islamic law. cuisine must also adhere strict standards sanitation and hygiene, which makes it noted for its cleanliness higher quality. This study utilised systematic review on halal marketing scopus database from 2021-2023. In this research, the keyword used "Halal Food Marketing" in Scopus database. After conducting screening, researchers found 11 articles met predetermined criteria. Several research focuses marketing, namely intention purchase, cosmetics, millennials, religiosity, consumption, brand image, satisfaction, trust, equity, Customer attitude, Product attributes, Marketing stimuli, , Tourism, halal, perceived risk, value, purchase intention, product, market, hospitality, Muslim traveler, Muslim-minority country, hotel, Halal-friendly hotel branding, Relational utility resonance, relationship quality, supply chain integration, demand products, process quality improvement, safety concerns, health consciousness sustainable product performance, foods, Performance, Drivers, Key success factors. Through proper producers can increase consumer awareness about their products expand market.
